HELP Page for the COVID Testing Program Results
Results are returned via the app usually by 5pm on the day of submission provided this is a testing day (see app for details). Samples submitted on days prior to testing days must be by special arrangement and submitted between 3 and 5pm. For these samples results will be released in the following days run. It is a good idea to enable notifications for the app so you are notified when the result comes in to your phone. If you do not receive a result by 5pm on the day of submission please call us using the information opposite. DO NOT use the mobile app messenger to make queries we will not be able to find them nor do we get notified there are messages for us so please call.
