VGAS - Visual Genomics Analysis Suite

VGAS is a genomics analysis and visualization platform that has been configured for many applications. It has been developed at the Institute for Immunology and Infectious Diseases at Murdoch University by a team of scientists, bioinformaticians and biostatisticians.
Our vision is to provide investigators with a fast, user-friendly interface to examine and visualize large and complex biological data independently.
